It's a very simple 2 step registration process: 
 

  • Click on the “BECOME A VALUED CUSTOMER” link on the homepage of our webshop  

  • Complete the registration form and submit by clicking on the button “Sign up” 

Your registration will then be reviewed by us, and subsequently, you will receive an activation email with which you can activate your account and set your own password. 
 

You will have to activate your account only once. After the activation process is complete, you can log in directly using the 'LOGIN' link on the homepage of our webshop by entering your email address and password.

Once you have received your activation email, please follow these 4 steps to activate your account and set your own password (also described in the activation email).

 

As a wholesaler we exclusively sell to commercial customers such as Electricians or Solar Installer. Therefore, you will not be able to register as a private person. 

 

In this case, you can either fill out the form via the 'BECOME A VALUED CUSTOMER' link on the webshop homepage and note in the 'Comments' section that you are already a customer. Alternatively, you can contact your assigned sales representative directly to provide you webshop access. 

 

You can see the delivery cost of your order in the final order confirmation that you will receive when the order has been confirmed by our order processing team.   

 

Yes, you can! Select collection as delivery method or contact your sales representative to book a pick-up time.  

 

Unfortunately, not in the webshop, but you will receive the tracking notification to your nominated email address once your goods have been booked for dispatch. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions.
